Business game to improve efficiency took place in NGO Energomash

A business game aimed at improving the efficiency of the company’s business processes, was held at the Energomash scientific and production association named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of Roscosmos State Corporation). Its participants became the main and leading specialists of the management of logistics, procurement planning, warehousing.

The initiators and leading training were specialists of the Moscow office of Er Likid – the world leader in the production of gas, development of technologies and the provision of services for industry and healthcare.

The training event was a logical continuation of the session held in August 2021, where the barriers to the NGO Energomash procurement service faced in their work. As part of the “month of the client”, Er Likid, as a multi-year partner of Energomasha, proposed in the game format to introduce specialists from the tools that the company uses in working to improve the efficiency of business processes.

Damir Basirov, Head of the Material Suppliation Department: “The company Er Likid is a long-time business partner of NGO Energomash. Of course, we were interested in the exchange of experience to get acquainted with specific examples and tools for improving efficiency in the international company. Also colleagues shared their knowledge in the field of modeling business processes system. “
Natalia Danitseva, Head of the Evaluation and Development Department: “Any changes occurring in the company can go both” top “and” bottom “. And the company’s sustainability gives it precisely a combination of tasks to change” from above “and initiatives growing “ON PLACE”. The meaning of the business game is that each participant who gets his playing role performs certain actions and interacts with other services in order to ensure the sustainable functioning and development of the game company. The proposed format shows the participants – how to find “narrow “Places and use the knowledge gained in your daily work.”

Patricia Sanakoeva, Head of the Office of the Procurement Organization: “It was a commander-on-forming event, representatives of all services related to procurement were involved. Such classes are important, as in a business game, people who work together perform their mutual roles. This makes it possible to learn each other better and, as a result, facilitates further collaboration. In addition, it is useful to find out what practitioners are applied in other enterprises, and how they can be adapted for their work. “
