Work in this area is carried out in several directions. First, this is a reduction in its own impact on the climate and the surrounding Wednesday. We set ourselves the goal to become carbon-neutral on operating activities by 2030. By the end of the year, we will finish the development of our own climate strategy, “said Tatyana Zavyalov, senior vice president of ESG Sberbank. – Our second task is to promote the ESG transformation of our customers. We help them describe and measure their activities from the point of view of ESG factors. With this, we form a single database and we offer them real green financial instruments, for example, ESG loans. At the moment, such loans are 140 billion, by the end of the year We plan to increase it up to 200 billion rubles. The third most important direction of our work is to promote development in Russia. Asli green financing and a new climate economy as a whole. “
