Reducing the load on the production capacity of a rocket-space corporation (RKK) “Energy” may affect the quality of the Soyuz spacecraft. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the report of the SCIENTIF-Production Association (NGO) of the Technomasha (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”).
In Russia, the connection of the load on the production facilities of the RKK “Energy” with the reliability of spacecraft was noted. In theses of the Tekhnomash NGO report, the Scientific and Technical Conference of Scientists and Specialists of the RCC “Energia” was preddable to reduce the reliability of spacecraft.
“The level of technical condition and reliability can significantly reduce the level of manned and transport spacecraft production of the Energy Energy Experimental Mechanical Engineering plant, due to lower production capacity,” the authors of the report were warned.
Previously, the National Air Concept and Space Research (NASA) has approved the idea of cross-space flights with Russia. The head of the American program of the ISS Joel Monttambano noted that the initiative implies the flights of NASA astronauts on the Soyuz ships.
In September, the Deputy Director General of the RCC “Energia” Alexander Dishkin noted the impossibility of increasing research at a low near-earth orbit. In joining the International Gagarin Conference, he reported that expanding research requires additional funding.
