From the territory of the Scientific and Production Association named after S.A. Lavochka (enters the state corporation “Roskosmos”) on November 9, 2021 sent an overclocking unit “Frigate”, designed to launch the Russian Space Agency “Luna-25”. The acceleration unit will go avosy transport on the East spaceport.
Moon-25 spacecraft produced by NPO Lavochkina is created using the Russian element base and the latest achievements in the field of cosmic instrument making. The main task of the mission is to work out the basic technologies of a soft landing in the okolopolar region and carrying out contact research of the southern pole of the moon. The launch of the “Moon-25” is scheduled in 2022 from the Eastern cosmodrome using the Soyuz-2.1B carrier missile and the frigate accelerated block.
From the territory of the enterprise, two containers with accelerated units “Frigate” were sent to ensure the launches of the Soyuz-2 carrier rocket and the ONEWEB satellite system to eliminate the orbit. Acid blocks will be delivered by rail to the Baikonur cosmodrome.
Overclocking block “Frigate” Production of NGOs Lavochkina is used as part of medium-class carrier missiles and provides effective implementation of all tasks to eliminate one or more spacecraft for working orbits or flying from the land of the trajectory. The entire removal process is carried out autonomously, without interference from the Earth. Since 2000, the overclocking block “Frigate” provided 101 launcher campaign and brought to various near-earth orbits and flying trajectories more than 700 spacecraft both Russian and foreign production.
