The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharov said that the democracy summit, which will be held at the end of the year at the initiative of the United States, is the “next chimera” of the collective West. According to her, this meeting is necessary to show that Western countries have a certain constructive renovation agenda. Nevertheless, Zakharova noted that such an agenda should have certain examples in practice, and not just theoretical reflections that ends with scandals.
