Russia in the next meeting of strategic stability expects considerations on their updated nucleus doctrine. This was stated by the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov, reports RIA Novosti.
“They continue to work on a nuclear doctrine in its updated version. There is, apparently, some additional considerations that they can set out in this connection when we meet again,” the diplomat told.
Ryabkov noted that the exact date of the next meeting is not yet known, and the parties continue to prepare and analyze the results of consultations. “According to the dates we agree, probably, we are now halfway to the organization of the next plenary meeting,” the deputy minister said.
