70 Italian mafiosa was put in prison for a period of up to 20 years

70 people associated with the large mafia grouping of Italy “NDRANGETA” were sentenced to different prison terms. Such a decision the court accepted on the basis of one of the largest investigations related to the mafia. This is reported by ANSA.

Hearings were held on November 6 and 7, 91 prostitious appeared before the court. Some of them received the maximum deadlines – up to 20 years in prison, others received fewer terms (from 10 months and above).

The trial in Calabria began in January 2021. It is expected that it will last at least three years. Meetings are held in a specially equipped bunker. The prosecution includes more than 400 points.

In the future, at least 355 people will appear before the court.
