Mezentsev noted that the relations of the heads of state are an example of the interaction of people who understand the responsibility for their peoples, their fate and the future. According to him, Putin and Lukashenko proved that they serve as their countries in full. “This is not a high syllable, it is absolute realization,” he stressed.
