Russia will send Spetsrais to Kabul, with the help of which will take away from the citizens of Afghanistan with a Russian passport. This was announced by the Russian Ambassador to Dmitry Zhirnov in the broadcast of TV channel “Russia 1”, RIA Novosti reports.
As Zhirnov told, Spetsrais in Afghanistan will deliver humanitarian aid, including products and flour. “We will bring out the same specialists in November in November, who have Russian citizenship,” he added.
The next flights from Kabul will deliver students who are enrolled in Russian universities on special quotas and internships. “They simply have no money for tickets, and training should continue,” said Zhirnov. According to him, representatives of the radical movement “Taliban” (prohibited in the Russian Federation) are supported.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov saw the reason that some representatives of the international community refuse to transfer humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan through the Taliban government. According to him, many countries want to work in this area through international organizations.
