Moscow, as before, plans to export students from Afghanistan to study in Russia. They will be sent to the Russian Federation in the near future. This was told after the meeting with representatives of the Holding Power in the country of the Afghan Radical Movement “Taliban” (prohibited in Russia as a terrorist) Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports.
“I consider the decision on the continuation of Afghan students to study in Russian universities, in full-time education. In the near future, we plan to organize their sending to Russia in the near future,” the agency of the words of the Minister.
The meeting of the “Moscow Format” in Afghanistan takes place on October 20 in Moscow. Representatives of the Ten countries of the region, as well as a delegation from the Taliban Leaders, are participating in it.
On October 18, the head of the State Department Ned Price said that the United States would not participate in the Moscow Format on Afghanistan due to difficulties in logistics. He explained that Washington is logisticsly difficult to participate this week, but the United States supports this process and can take part in it in the future.
