Possible losses of Russian economy are calculated from introduction of restrictive measures

First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov appreciated the possible loss of the country’s economy from the introduction of restrictive measures due to the distribution of coronavirus. He said this during the Meeting of the President with the Government. Broadcast is conducted on YouTube. According to Belousov, losses can be up to 60 billion rubles.

Also during the meeting, President Vladimir Putin agreed with the proposal to introduce a period of non-working days from October 30 to November 7. At the same time, the salary of workers should be preserved, he stressed. “If necessary in the regions, non-working days can be introduced from October 23,” Putin added.

Against the background of the introduction of restrictive measures, the Russian authorities offered to start payments to small and medium businesses in the amount of one minimum wage (minimum wage) per busy. The offer will require about 27 billion rubles.
