Former commander of suicide bombers received an important post in police of Kabul

The former commander of the Taliban suicide bombers (prohibited in Russia, the terrorist organization) Mawlavi Zubair Mutmain received an important post and became the head of the police in one of Kabul regions. It is reported by Wall Street Journal.

Now the ex-suicide team acts as a mediator in family disputes. According to Mutmain, there are no significant changes in its past and current service. “I used to serve as Islam, and now I also serve Islam. There is no difference,” said the police chief.

Former suicide commander indicated that in the past, when the radicals tried to establish “true Islamic order” in Afghanistan, their “legitimate goals” were US citizens and collaborating Afghans with the American government. Today, the same goal is the security of public order, he added.

The newspaper noted that the government bureaucracy “permeates an unsystematic approach,” since thousands of qualified employees left their jobs or left the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA). Now, instead of them in the most important government institutes, members of a radical grouping, which have no greater management experience ministries.

In early October, the Temporary Government of Afghanistan, formed by the Taliban’s radical movement, appointed 34 Taliban to public posts, including one ministerial. Each of the approved posts appointed exclusively representatives of the movement that are religious titles. Among them are four kary, 16 mullets and 14 Mavelvi.
