Gazprom Corporation and the Government of Mongolia have identified a scheme of gas pipeline “Soyuz East” gas pipeline, which turns out to China, this is stated in the company’s Telegram channel.
On Friday, October 22, representatives of the energy company and the Mongolian government discussed the development of the project of a new gas pipeline. He must go through Mongolia to China. Russia will supply blue fuel in the PRC gas pipeline.
The scheme will form the basis for the technical and economic justification for the construction of the gas pipeline. “The Government of Mongolia has already adopted a number of draft state support measures, as well as a fundamental decision on the redundancy of land plots for the placement of gas pipeline facilities,” says in the message.
Previously, Gazprom approved a technical and economic analysis of the project for the construction of the “Union of East” gas pipeline through Mongolia to China, which will be the continuation of the “force of Siberia-2”. The optimal route of the passage of the gas pipeline route through the territory of Mongolia, its length, diameter, working pressure, the number of compressor stations were identified.
