Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the meeting with his American counterpart Joe Biden in Geneva went out productively. His words sounded at the plenary session in the framework of the XVIII Annual Meeting of the Valdai Club, the correspondent “Renta.ru” reports.
“We can safely state that although a set of questions we agreed with Biden’s small, but we agreed. We are on the right track,” the politician stressed, in particular, mentioning the agreement in the field of cybersecurity. In addition, Russia’s turnover and the United States have already grew by 23 percent – this is also an indirect influence of the meeting of politicians in Geneva, the Russian leader believes.
Nevertheless, Putin mentioned about regressors that are found in the relations of Moscow and Washington. The president described them with the words “step forward – two steps ago.”
