Cellular operator Beeline taught Kinbery to see push-button phones

Cellular Operator Beeline introduced the Kinbery to the Family Application function to connect the button phones with its own operator’s SIM card. Now on the map in the application you can see push-button devices, even if not all family members are biline subscribers. About this “Lente.ru” reported in the press service of the operator.

Kinbery solves the problems of the physical safety of children and their protection against Internet threats. Now the decision is a family application based on geo-tracking. It allows you to track the geoction and movement of a family member using a smartphone or telephone with a biline SIM card. Kinbery functionality, in addition to children, allows you to take care of the elderly parents living at a high distance.

New applications allow you to add push-button phones with a BILAIN SIM card, while the family account administrator may be a subscriber of any telecom operator. In order to connect a push-button phone, any family member enters a child’s phone number or an elderly parent in a special field, after which SMS comes to this number with the code that is entered in Kinbery. At the end of the authorization process, a push-button phone becomes visible on the map in the application. Since push-button phones are often not equipped with GPS or GLONASS, positioning accuracy depends on the communication infrastructure (LBS) in a specific area. The error will be higher than that of smartphones equipped with GPS.

On September 1, the Beeline and the largest IT companies of Russia have created an alliance for the protection of children in a digital environment. The corresponding agreement was signed in the presence of President Vladimir Putin’s President of the Russian Federation.

According to IT giants, this will allow children to harmoniously develop, implement the needs in the digital world, learn how to behave in the network, to form moral and moral landmarks. In addition, alliance participants intend to identify and restrict the access of children to content, which can harm their health and development, to remove unlawful content, respond to user complaints and other handling associated with malicious content. Kinbery, in particular, is one of the Bilain products that meet the tasks of the Alliance.
