In the Palace of Independence in Minsk, an exposition was opened on the events that occurred after the presidential elections in Belarus in August 2020. Among the exhibits are an automatic with which at the time the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko appeared near his residence. Frames from the exposure showed the Telegram channel “Pool of the First”.
In addition to the machine gun, the museum exhibits became the form and symbol of the riot police, as well as the flag from the Patriots of Belarus with the inscription “for the Bat” and the sculpture from the special forces.
The center of the exhibition in the official residence of President of Belarus was the picture, which Lukashenko presented the daughter of one of the security officers for his birthday. Earlier it was reported that the artist worked on the picture about six months.
August 30 Lukashenko turned 67 years old, and he was presented to him. “Where I ran with a king with a machine gun. This was such an important moment in my life. She [the artist] quite accurately grabbed him,” said Lukashenko, remembering the events of August 2020. He noted that he liked the picture as a gift, even in art he did not understand.
