Two leaders of the Institute of Social, Economic and Political Sciences (ISSEP), the private institute founded by Marion Marechal in Lyon, are targeted by an investigation for “moral harassment”. A complaint filed by a student allowed the opening of an investigation, was hearled with the prosecution, Friday, October 29th.
According to The Lyonnaise antenna of the BFM-TV channel , the two leaders concerned are one of the co-founders of the ISSEP with the Niece of Marine Le Pen, and the administrative director of the establishment. Both are old elected officials from the national rally at the local or regional level.
The direction of ISSEP challenged “formally”, in a statement, the charges against him by the student. The latter filed a first complaint, for rape on September 24, according to the prosecution. According to BFM-TV, this complaint aims at a former member of the Organization Generation Identity, an organization of the far-right dissolved in March by the Ministry of the Interior, which would have attacked it at home on September 11th.
The young woman then lodged a complaint for “moral harassment”, Monday, against the two leaders of the school, because of their management of the file. Its two complaints are now in preliminary inquiry.
