Traditionally, for new arrivals, a quest was held on the basis of the enterprise sports and recreation complex, and this year it was decided to use the Chat Bot format, no less popular among young people. Taking this digital tool, in the future it is planned to apply it to adapt all newly accepted employees. Chat Bot is able to work around the clock, autonomously and under individual requests, which is in demand in a pandemic.
