The cliché appeared online on September 29th. We see a blonde girl, kneeling on the red square, in front of a boy to whom she seems to provide a blowjob. The doubt is however limited: the two are well and well dressed, and the staging was only intended to feed the Instagram account of an influencer at the little week, Rouslan Bobiev, the boy in the photo.

The two joking have only neglected one point: more than the sighted jacket “police” worn by the girl, it is the background chosen for their photo, on which are clearly distinguished the golden bulbs of the cathedral Saint-Basile , who shocked.

Immediate controversy online, arrest of the couple the next day and, finally, a criminal conviction delivered on Friday, October 29th. Despite their multiple excuses, repeated during the hearing, Rouslan Bobiev and Anastasia Tchistova, 23 and 19 years old, will have to spend ten months in prison.

Archives peeled by the police

This conviction is the first to the prison pronounced by a Russian court under the law on “the offense to the feelings of believers”. This text was adopted in 2013, after the intrusion of the Riot Pussy into the Cathedral of Christ-Savior for a “prayer” punk with very political accents. At the time, the judges had to condemn three of the two-year activists in prison for “vandalism” motivated by “religious hatred”.

Since, some thirty cases have been judged under this law, but without going beyond the stay. Two years and three months, for example, for a man who had played in Pokemon Go in a church giving this gesture a political meaning, and who had spent four months in pre-trial detention.

This first immediately gave ideas to the police from all Russia, who frantically peel the archives of social networks. First targeted: a blogger who had shown his breasts in front of the same Saint-Basile cathedral. It will also be judged under section 148 of the Penal Code, even though it ensures that the cliché dates back to three years and has been put online without his knowledge.

The Petersburg police, not left out, has exhumed The photo of a girl rolling his skirt in front of St. Isaac’s cathedral and showing his buttocks (dressed in a string) to the goal. Arrested on October 30, she was presented the next day to a judge, handcuffed and cage. “Facts” go back to the summer, but witnesses were miraculously found, which ensure that the sight of these “naked buttocks” had “offended themselves, the power, the Church, the State and the Society” , according to the report of the court.
