Ambassador added that, despite the coronavirus pandemic, a dialogue at the highest level continues between Moscow and Paris, including between the heads of state by Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron. Work is conducted in 13 directions, and in September another – consultations on Afghanistan were added.
