The Ministry of Internal Affairs offered to check QR codes using a special application, calling this way the only federal decision. This is reported on the department website.
The report states that to verify the authenticity of the Certificate of Vaccinated or Personal COVID-19, it is necessary to use the application “Public Services of Stopcornavirus”. This method is the only one that can confirm the originality of the certificate throughout Russia.
Representatives of the Ministry of Fields also described the mechanism of service. When scanning certificates, the program requests information from the registry of the COVID-19 Ministry of Health of Russia. The results of immunological research (PCR tests) on COVID-19 service checks using the Rospotrebnadzor registry. In the event that the data is not read from the QR code will not correspond to the data in federal registers, the application will give an error.
“These registries are the only significant sources of information on vaccinated and passing, as well as about citizens who have passed PCR testing,” the representative of the organization clarified. The “State Service Public Services” application is available to all users with a confirmed account on the Public Services portal.
