Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Andrei Lopukhov by the Russian Emergency and Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Malta. The corresponding decree is reproached on the Portal of Legal Information.
In the new post, Lopukhov will change Vladimir Malygina, formerly the Russian ambassador in Malta from December 2014.
Lopukhov himself until his destination was the director of the Linguistic Security Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2006 – 2010, Russia was a lawcraft of Russia in Geneva.
