Representatives of the state corporation Roscosmos as part of the development of the sectoral personnel management strategy hold meetings with management and key specialists of the largest enterprises in the industry. On October 22, such a meeting took place in the Scientific and Production Association “Energomash” named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”).
The main goal of the past event is to learn from the first municipality of the key guideline – what tasks must be addressed in the field of personnel management so that the company will fully fulfill all contractual obligations.
As noted by the Director of Learning and Development of the Personnel of the Corporate Academy of the State Corporation “Roscosmos” Olga Balashov, it is very important that in the industry’s personnel management strategy, the opinions and initiatives of the entire key managerial composition of Roskosmos organizations were taken into account.
“We need to understand what difficulties the enterprises are experiencing, which they do not have enough, which may be needed to be changed in matters of motivation, personnel policy, and so on so that we will attract the best specialists to enterprises, – emphasized Olga Balashov. – This is a great joint work that will determine the personnel issues of the space industry so that in the future until 2030 it ensures the achievement of the targets. “
Before the participants of the strategic session, the Director General of NGO Energomash Igor Watermelov with information on the site of NGO Energomash on the world market, as well as on the role and tasks of all enterprises of the integrated rocket engine building in the development of the Space Branch of our country, the tasks of personnel services. The Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Policy Anton Sumin highlighted the dynamics of the main performance indicators in comparison with trends in the industry as a whole.
After an active discussion of the issues of attracting highly qualified personnel in NGO, Energomash participants in the session were formulated proposals that will be used to create a sectoral personnel management strategy, which is planned by the end of 2021 to submit to the management authorities of the Roskosmos State Corporation.
