Gas prices in Europe fell after the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin “Gazprom” to increase gas supplies to Europe. The reduction in cost is evidence of the ICE exchange data.
The price of gas has dropped more than four percent – from 1041 dollars per thousand cubic meters to $ 1008 per thousand cubic meters. The cost went down after the head of Gazprom Alexei Miller in response to Putin’s instruction stated that the Russian supplier will increase the volume of gas in European storage facilities after November 8.
At the Meeting on the Resource Capacity of Yamal Putin also stressed that Russia replenished the lack of American gas in Europe even in large volumes than was necessary. According to the president, the situation in the gas market of Europe still remains tense, and the prices of fuel exceed a thousand dollars per thousand cubic meters.
