US is ready to return to negotiations on a nuclear transaction with Iran in Vienna.
The United States expressed the hope that Iran will return to the negotiations in Vienna and will lead them “quickly and conscientious.”
On June 21, the new president of Iran Ibrahim Raisi said that Joe Bidenu’s only concession would be the return of Tehran to a nuclear transaction. In the State Department promised that Washington will continue negotiations with Tehran on returning to it with the new leadership of the country. However, Raisi refused to meet with Biden even in case of removing all sanctions against Iran.
Iran’s CFD contract was concluded in the summer of 2015 between Tehran and six intermediary countries. Later, Iran was caught in gross violations of agreements. In early May 2018, the United States announced a unilateral exit from the transaction and resuming anti-Iranian sanctions. Iran reported a refusal to agreements on CFD in January 2020.
