Sberbank, VTB and Alfa Bank are recognized as the most reliable banks of Russia. Three also included Tinkoff Bank and Gazprombank, separating the third place. This follows from the polling of the Financial Supermarket “Bank.ru” and the SuperJob high-paying job service.
64 percent of respondents chose Sberbank, VTB – 43 percent, the third place was divided by Tinkoff Bank, Alfa-Bank and Gazprombank (19 percent).
Rosselchozbank considers reliable every tenth research participant (10 percent), 8 percent chose the bank bank, 7 percent – Raiffeisenbank, 4 percent – the Bank “Opening” and Sovcombank. Promsvyazbank and Rosbank are trusted by 3 percent of Russians, the banks of St. Petersburg and Uralsib – 2 percent. Moscow Credit Bank, UniCredit Bank, Sitibank, SMP Bank, Moscow Industrial Bank, RNK, Bank “Russia”, Bank House, “Ak Bars” and “Russian Standard” with a result of 1 percent.
Trast banks, “Peresvet”, All-Russian Bank for the Development of Regions, Novikombank, BM-Bank and the Moscow Regional Bank have gained less than 1 percent of the vote in the rating.
Women choose Sberbank and VTB more often, and men are Tinkoff Bank. Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and Tinkoff Bank more popular among young people up to 24 years old, and VTB and Raiffeisenbank – among those surveyed over 45 years.
Compared to the same last year rating, the confidence in Tinkoff Bank (by 5 percentage points) increased noticeably, which increased its position in the ranking and allowed for the first time to enter the top 3 of the most reliable banks (according to Russians).
Respondents with an income of over 80 thousand rubles are more often considered reliable VTB, Gazprombank, Raiffeisenbank, Rosbank and Uralsib. Earming less than 30 thousand rubles choose Sberbank, Tinkoff Bank, Post Bank and Sovcombank.
3,000 representatives of the economically active population from all districts of the country took part in the survey. The survey participants were offered to choose the three most reliable of 30 banks with the largest amount of capital.
