The Prosecutor has not confirmed however “there may be a link between this interpellation and the facts”, believing that it is “too simple to make an interpellation and say after it’s because of that” . Investigators do not explore “no more track than another,” added the magistrate.
Reinforcements to secure the neighborhood
The floor did not have a figure on the number of people involved in these violence. “I am told about thirty,” said Alençon mayor, Joaquim Pueyo (Socialist Party). The former member is convinced that these violence are “an answer” from the part “of all those closely linked to this trafficking of narcotics”.
“I put in place a lot of video surveillance cameras. I am looking at whether to strengthen. Our cameras had been destroyed a few months ago. They are replaced. So it’s not Not that. According to the prefect of the Orne, who “condemns with the greatest firmness urban violence”, “reinforcements will be deployed to secure the neighborhood”. Stéphane Tristan, a member of the Créniance Police Syndicate, asked him a sustainable strengthening of police officers in the Orne in the face of “work overload” observed in recent years.
