“An explosives specialist team was sent to Lungala on the Kampala-Masaka highway, after a deadly explosion in a bus owned by the company Swift Safaris (…) to 17 Hours” (14 GMT) said in a statement Enanga Fred, the spokesman of the Ugandan police. “Access to places was banned pending a thorough assessment and investigation specialists in explosives,” he said.
