Russian instructors in the Central African Republic (CARs) do not take part in hostilities. Thus, the Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation in the UN, Anna Evstigneeva, answered the relevant charges, reports TASS.
She clarified that 2127 Russian instructors operate at the request of its authorities and from the knowledge of the Sanctivation Committee of the Security Council – they increase the level of professional skiing of local security officials, contributing to the stabilization of the situation in the country.
“Repeat again: Russian instructors do not take part in the hostilities, and any possible cases of violation of international historical and human rights should be investigated by the national authorities,” Evstigneev concluded.
