Russia needs to be prepared for the Third World War against the background of the revengery of Japan’s revenge. This was stated by the Russian political scientist Evgeny Satanovsky in his Telegram channel.
In his opinion, the recent statement by the Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kisida that the Japanese military probably will be able to put preventive strikes on the rocket bases of the potential enemy, in addition to North Korea and China, can be addressed to Russia. Satanovsky stressed that all the latest policies can be interpreted as preparation for war. “Here, after it, apparently, with Japan, a peace treaty and conclude – if anyone who will sign it and with whom,” he said.
Political analyst urged Moscow to work out all the conflict scenarios with Tokyo: from limited combustion near the Kuril Islands before the Japanese military attack on Russian military facilities in the Far East and the Total War for Destruction.
In Japan, over the past 17 years, discussions are being conducted on the acquisition of weapons, which will allow to apply a preventive blow to the rocket attitudes of one of the main enemies in the region – North Korea. Such a defensive concept will be a fundamental shift in Tokyo military strategy. However, as the former Defense Minister of Japan Taro Kano noted before considering the possibility of making a similar strategy, it is necessary to clearly determine what exactly this concept is involved.
Article 9 of the Constitution of Japan, adopted after World War II, provides for the country’s refusal from wars and the existence of armed forces only for self-defense purposes. In particular, Japanese troops in Iraq provided only assistance in restoring the country and refrained from hostilities. At the same time, Japan has a military base in Djibouti: the military based there take part in the operations to curb piracy off the coast of Somalia. In addition, Tokyo stated that the base was a reference point for the evacuation of Japanese citizens from African countries in the event of natural disasters and military conflicts.
