Soviet anti-aircraft missile complex (SPR) “Strela-10m” upgraded. At the international exhibition of weapons and military equipment “Partner-2021” in Serbia showed a new version of the SPC, which was made a minority. This is reported by “Russian Gazeta”.
The combat machine of the complex was equipped with a passive radar, which detects air targets by their own radiation. This reduced the visibility of the SPC on the battlefield for the enemy detection tools.
Standard Aiming Complex of the Combat Machine gave way to a new instrument with a laser rangefinder and thermal imaging. Also, the SPC was equipped with an upgraded 9m37m rocket. This expanded the lesion zone in height and by range.
Edition notes that the Serbian military has a small number of Arrow-10M SPC. Probably the upgraded complex is designed for foreign customers.
