Estimated income of Russia from oil and gas

The federal budget of Russia from January to September was made with a surplus of 1.4 trillion rubles, according to a preliminary assessment published on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the country. Budget revenues from the sale of oil and gas for nine months of the Ministry of Finance rated 6.2 trillion rubles.

The total income of the federal budget amounted to 17.9 trillion rubles (95.5 percent of the financial plan for 2021). In September, budget revenues exceeded 366.7 billion rubles. Expenditures amounted to 16.5 trillion rubles, that is, 76.6 percent of the total annual volume.

The Federal Tax Service (FTS) brought a budget 11.4 trillion rubles for nine months, or 93.2 percent of the total forecast indicator for the year. The Federal Customs Service (FCS) listed 4.8 trillion rubles to the state treasury (96.4 from the forecast for the year). Other departments from January to September managed to exceed the annual plan – they brought a budget 1.8 trillion rubles, or 110.3 percent of the general forecast.

In October, it became known that at the second expense in the budget of the next year spent spending on defense. Military spending in 2022 will exceed 3.5 trillion rubles. 3,46 trillion rubles will be directed to the economy, and social policy will remain – more than 5.8 trillion rubles.
