US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland called a meeting with partners from the Russian Foreign Ministry constructive. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the statement of the press secretary of the American Embassy in Moscow Jason Reholts.
“Today there were constructive meetings about a number of bilateral, regional and global issues with colleagues from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia,” the representative of the American Embassy was quoted.
Deputy Secretary of State flew to Moscow on October 11. On October 12, she met with the Deputy Foreign Ministry of Russia Sergey Ryabkov, diplomats discussed issues of strategic stability and prospects for continuing work in this area.
