“everyone understands that in such global topics as climate, it is necessary to participate not only by these countries, but also India,” the politician added. According to him, such questions have long overcome any national borders.
Dragi also stressed that Moscow should participate in the settlement of the crisis in Afghanistan, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, the head of the European Council Charles Michel said that the continuation of the destabilization of the situation in Afghanistan will negatively affect the region and will hit around the world. He promised that the European Union would continue to cooperate on the issue of the situation in this country with the United Nations (UN) and allocate additional assistance to the Afghan people.
