On the eve of the work on the schedule of the second starting day, which were completed by conducting general tests – checking the functioning of the starting complex systems with the imitation of the separation of the carrier rocket, its flight to the separation of the orbital block. The main content of the work today is to spray the refueling system of highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide and cooling fuel.

The launch of the “Union-2.1b” carrier missile with the Frigate accelerated block and 36 ONEWB spacecraft is scheduled for October 14, 2021 at 12:40 Moscow time. It will be the sixth fully commercial start from the Eastern, implemented under the contracts of the company “Glavkosmos” (enters Roscosmos) with the European Supplier of the ArianeSpace launch service provider for OneWeb from this cosmodrome. ONEWB spacecraft are designed to create a space system of communication providing high-speed Internet access at any point of the Earth.
