In a Telegram-channel official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova again criticized the decision of Germany to pay compensation only to Jews-blockade of Leningrad, beating other people who lived through these events. The diplomat turned to this topic because of the approval of the actions of the German authorities feminist blogger Lisa Lazerson air of radio “Echo of Moscow”.
“We have urged the German partners, who carried out humanitarian compensation, make no distinction between people who are equally experienced the horrors of the events”, – wrote Maria Zakharova. She said that Berlin did is immoral with respect to the veterans of the Second World War.
In September, at a press conference Maria Zakharova already said that “Germany must not separate one from the other nationality.” According to her, special tact German politicians should be exercised when it comes to veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
