At the end of 2022, American astronauts Nicole Mann and Josh Cassada flew to the International Space Station (ISS) not on the Boeing Starliner spacecraft, but on Spacex Crew Dragon, reports SpaceFlight Now.
The American publication notes that this circumstance points to Starliner’s unpretentiousness to the first flight with the crew of Crew Flight Test (CFT) in 2022, which will most likely be transferred to NASA for 2023. SPACEFLIGHT NOW reminds that unmanned ORBITAL FLIGHT TEST-2 (OFT-2) of this spacecraft must be held before it.
The publication writes that in the second half of 2022, together with Mann and Cassada on Crew Dragon to the ISS as part of the Spacex Crew-5 mission, the cosmonaut can fly, the place of which on the Russian Soyuz Soyuz MS spacecraft will take astronaut.
