The first flight Yuri Vladimirovich made from January 8 to July 9, 1994 as a flight engineer “Union TM-18” and the Orbital Complex “Peace” under the program of the 15th main expedition. The duration of flight was 182 days.
From February 21 to September 2, 1996, Yuri Usachev fulfilled the second flight as a flight engineer “Union TM-23” and the Orbital Complex “Peace” on the programs of the 21st primary expedition and NASA-2. During the flight, six outlets performed in open space, the duration of which was 29 hours 10 minutes. Flight duration – 193 days.
Yu.V. Usachev for the third time flew into space on May 19, 2000 as a specialist of the flight of the Shattla “Atlantis STS-101” on the assembly program of the International Space Station. On May 29, 2000, the cosmonaut returned to Earth. The duration of the flight was 9 days.
Four cosmic flight performed from March 8, 2001 to August 22, 2001 as a commander of the 2nd Expedition on the ISS. During the flight there was one way out of open space with a duration of 39 minutes. The duration of the flight was 167 days.
