According to him, the purpose of the start data is the completion of the tests of the “hangar” missiles and the beginning of their serial release “to perform further tasks of military space.”

Surovikin added that at present, a heavy “hangary” is being built on Plesetsk, the start date of which will be determined on December 20.

In January 2021, the Council on Space of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) recommended “Roskosmos” instead of the super-heavy rocket “Yenisei” to use the heavy carrier “Angara” for flights to the moon.
