“For the purpose of prolongation of the temporary position, the draft resolution provides for the period of its action from December 31, 2021 as of December 31, 2022, which will allow in 2022 to ensure the timely exercise of a lump-sum insurance payment for insurance claims in 2022,” the explanatory note is noted .
