Afghan resistance forces are ready to meet with representatives of the Taliban movement (recognized by terrorist and prohibited in the Russian Federation) and discuss a possible truce. According to the rebels, Tajikistan can become an ideal platform for the meeting. With such a proposal, the Chairman of the Supporting Resistance of the Party of the National Congress of Afghanistan, Abdul Latif Pedram, his words leads TASS.
“Resistance forces never excluded negotiations with the Taliban,” he added. Explaining why Dushanbe should provide a platform where the rebels and the new government could talk, Pedram said: Tajik authorities can play a decisive role in achieving peace and stability in the region, “if initiative”.
In addition, Afghan resistance expects Tajikistan to give him all kinds of assistance. The rebels support contacts and discuss the same question with the United States, China, Russia, Iran and Pakistan. Pedram stressed that resistance needs to be supported by the international community.
The partisan war of the resistance of Afghanistan with the Taliban continues in the valleys of the northern province of Panjucher and the neighboring province of Baglan. Even in early September, the Taliban stated that they finally subordinate to the rebellious provinces, but such messages always refute representatives of resistance.
