More than half of Russians expressed readiness to one degree or another to refuse the weekend to increase wages. This is reported by TASS with reference to the study of the service “Work.ru”.
According to the survey, 40 percent of Russia inhabitants agreed to abandon one-three weekend for the increase in wages on average up to 100.2 thousand rubles. Another 13 percent of respondents stated that they could work out four to six additional days a month for a salary of 113.7 thousand, and 7 percent are ready to work for more than six days of weekends for 117.3 thousand. At the same time, 12 percent of Russians stated that they could even refuse rest if they were paid 128.7 thousand per month.
Previously, the study Headhunter showed that Russian retirees on average expect a salary of 41.7 thousand rubles. The share of the resume of pensioners in the total volume was only one percent. Most often, this category of Russians is looking for work in the areas of “home personnel”, “Science, Education” and “Security”, told in Headhunter. The highest salary expectations of pensioners of Kamchatka Territory (80 thousand), Sakhalin region (75 thousand) and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (70 thousand).
