Court removed accusation of murder from past 15 years in a man’s prison

In the United States, the court removed the charge with a man who was mistakenly found guilty of the murder of five children and served 15 years in prison. This is reported by Fox News.

According to the TV channel, 50-year-old Jiun Diring was convicted in 2006, he was imputed to the fire in a fire, as a result of which five children died in the suburb of Detroit. Then the side of the accusation stated that Diring allegedly arranged a fire because of money. The law enforcement officers suspected an American in the drug trafficking and suggested that the fire was a way to change one of his customers who did not pay a decent amount of money for acquired prohibited substances.

Auckland County Prosecutor, Michigan, Karen McDonald was elected to a position in 2020. As reported by the TV channel, she looked in a new way to Dirring’s work at the request of the organization Innocence, in the Law Faculty of Michigan University. An investigation was initiated during which “the illegal actions of the police and the prosecutor’s office were identified” in the period from 2000s to 2006. According to McDonald, the court did not provide convincing evidence of the guilt of diring, and the jury who were present at the court did not know that the informants of the prosecution were beneficial for testimony against Diring.

In court, which took place on Thursday, on September 30, the prosecutor stated that last week a dozen law enforcement specialists unanimously concluded that there were no sufficient evidence that bind diring with fire. In this regard, from the Americans all charges were removed.

Earlier it was reported that an American, who spent 20 years in the Squader’s chamber after false accusation, will receive one million dollars of compensation. Joe d’ambrosio was arrested on charges of murder, which occurred in 1988. In 2006, the revision of the case began, during which multiple disorders were found in it.
