According to him, the binding to the minimum wage and many administrative fines brings more harm than good. Vice Prime Minister Tatyana Golikov said that the rejection of the minimum wage threatens chaos for the economy.

According to the results of the summer study of the Civil Society Development Fund (Forgo), the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO) headed the rating of Russian regions in terms of wages. In second place, Magadan region is located, on the third – Nenets Autonomous District (NAO).
