Andrei Zeltser, who was fatally injured from the firearms of the employee of the State Security Committee (KGB) of Belarus during the special operation and died as a result of a response shooting, was fond of hunting. This is reported by Telegram-channel TUT.BY with reference to the enterprise Belgosochot.
According to the portal, Zeltser was a member of the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen. In the section checks of payment of state duty on the right of hunting, you can see that the last time the deceased Minsk resident paid the fee on August 13 of this year.
