A deaf-and-the-member citizen of United States sued police for beating and arrest

Deaf-member American Brady Mystic from Colorado file sued the police for beating and subsequent arrest. This is reported by New York Post.

In 2019, a US citizen parked in a wrong place near the police car. He came out of the car and went on his affairs. Two officers moved behind him, trying to stop the intruder, but he did not hear them because of deafness. When employees caught up Mystic, he, with the help of gestures, tried to explain that he could not read the lips and hears anything.

Active gesticulation of a silent mystician police discussed as an attack attempt and had a tough detention with the use of electric shock. After a man was taken to the chamber and tried to enter into prison for four months. However, the court refused that because it became clear that mystic is deaf and simply did not understand the orders of the police.

In response, the American sued law enforcement officers. However, the judge refused to satisfy his lawsuit, since the action of employees with appropriate. Mystic promised to achieve justice and compensation for money damage for “physical and emotional harm, pain and suffering.”
