The rise in price of liter of gasoline in Russia in September-October will be 25-30 kopecks. Such a forecast made the head of the analytical center of the Independent Fuel Union (NTS) of Grigory Bazhenov, RIA Novosti reports.
According to Bazhenova, the cost is growing, as the wholesale prices are practically equal to the retail. In this case, manufacturers are more profitable to send fuel to export. “We do not see any factors in favor of the decline in exchange prices, the volumes do not increase to the extent necessary in order for prices to fall. Demand is still high,” he said. Bazhenov believes that the decrease in demand will begin after October and will lead to a decrease in stock price.
According to the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange (SPBMTSB), during the trading on September 28, the price of gasoline “Premium-95” installed the maximum, rising to 60,253 thousand rubles per ton (plus 0.28 percent). The cost of gasoline AI-92 rose to 57.18 thousand rubles (plus 0.23 percent), aircraft carrier – up to 51.796 thousand rubles (plus 1.65 percent). Diesel fuel fell by 0.42 percent, to 50.21 thousand rubles.
Earlier in the Ministry of Energy, it was stated that the growth of exchange prices for gasoline is associated with the repairs of oil refining plants (refineries) and with a mass replacement of summer fuels for winter. The department eliminated fuel deficit on the Russian market.
