According to the application, common local authorities, the leadership of Kabul instructed the heads of districts and lawyers to create lists of apartments, whose owners left Afghanistan during the state version. These lists will be sent to district departments.

Representatives of the municipality assured that apartments will give up on preferential terms.

Previously, the inhabitants of Berlin wanted to nationalize a housing fund owned by private business. During the nationwide survey, such initiatives were supported by more than half of the Berliners. The idea of nationalization again began to promote after the decision of the Constitutional Court, which in the spring of 2021 called the Unconstitutional Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, which limits the increase in the cost of rental housing.
