In addition to state cybershpiona, Finnish citizens threaten private hacker attacks with the aim of blackmail and theft of money.

“There is a high probability that the Finnish company or state administrative organization will be a victim of criminal blackmail,” said Antti Pelttari police officer. He also accused Russian and Chinese intelligence services in a surveillance of Finnish citizens and collecting their personal information.
