Head of the Political Office of the Taliban Terrorist Movement (prohibited in Russia), the Acting Deputy Head of Afghanistan, Abdul Ghani Baradar, accused Tajikistan in interference in the country’s internal affairs, reports RIA Novosti.
“Tajikistan interferes with our affairs, every action there is a counteraction,” said Baradar.
Earlier, the Taliban asked the international community to give them 20 months before drawing conclusions on their board in Afghanistan. “The world community helped the former authorities for 20 years, but they still failed. Let the world give us 20 months, and then judges, whether we succeeded or not,” said the Minister of Economy of the Provisional Government Kari Dean Mohammad Khanif.
Taliban began an offensive against the background of the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan. On August 15, terrorists declared that they took control of the entire territory of the country. On September 7, they announced the composition of the new government.
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon demanded to create a “inclusive” government in Afghanistan with the participation of all national minorities, including Tajiks. In Dushanbe, they said that no other Cabinet of Ministers, “formed by oppression”, do not recognize.
